Q How often do I need to come for treatments?
A For best results 3-4 times a week
Q How long does the treatment last?
A 30 minutes per treatment. So it's very easy to make it fit into your daily schedule
Q How many treatments do I need?
A This is something that can only be answered after your initial consultation. The fact is that everyone is different. Apart from your excess fat, other aspects of your daily routine need to be considered. Once our consultants have determined what your goal is, they will be able to assess the number of treatments you will require
Q What do I need to wear?
A It is essential to wear loose fitting jogging trousers, T-shirt and a pair of trainers
Q Why should I do Hypoxi-Therapy rather than go to the gym?
A We at Hypoxi believe that to optimise your body re-shaping it is beneficial to incorporate a fitness regime alongside your Hypoxi-Therapy treatments. Hypoxi-Therapy will enable you to target problem areas like the hips, thighs and buttocks that you have been unable to do in the gym.
Q What do I do after Hypoxi-Therapy is completed?
The only guideline you will need to follow after the therapy is not to put the fat you've just lost back on by maintaining a healthy balanced diet and a regular exercise regime.
Contra Indications:
Pregnant women
Person with extremely high or extremely low blood pressure
Persons with any kind of inflammation or infection
Women suffering from menstrual pain
Any kind of pain occurring during the therapy
